If you’ve invested in a WHOOP Strap or any other WHOOP product, you might be wondering about their return policy, and justifiably so, it can be confusing.
Whether it’s just curiosity or perhaps you’re considering making a return, understanding the WHOOP Return Policy is crucial.

WHOOP Return Policy for Hardware
WHOOP’s hardware, which includes the strap, band, and battery pack, has specific return procedures.
If you’ve made your purchase from an Authorized Reseller, you must return your items to the original point of sale.
WHOOP itself will not handle refunds for purchases made from these third-party vendors.
How to Cancel Your Whoop Membership and Return Hardware
If you wish to cancel your WHOOP membership or trial, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your device.
Once your request is complete, WHOOP will inform you via email within 1-3 business days if you need to return the device.
If a return is necessary, they’ll also provide a return label.
Misplaced Return Label?
Don’t worry if you’ve misplaced your return label. WHOOP allows you to reprint the label sent via email.
Refund Time Frame
After WHOOP receives your returned unit, expect a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Note that the refund will be the original price minus any shipping costs. Keep your return shipment receipt until the refund is processed.
Apparel and Accessories Returns
For those who have purchased WHOOP apparel or accessories from an Authorized Reseller, returns should go back to the original point of sale.
Direct purchases from WHOOP can be returned within 30 days of delivery, given they are unworn.
You will, however, be responsible for the return shipping costs unless you’re a WHOOP Pro member.

To begin a return, visit WHOOP Support and submit your request. Make sure that your products are unworn; otherwise, WHOOP reserves the right to reject your return.
