How to Connect WHOOP to Apple Health

Syncing Whoop and Apple Health is a straightforward process. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Open the Health app on your paired iPhone.
  2. Tap your profile icon on the top right corner.
  3. Under Privacy, select “Apps“.
  4. Scroll down and select “WHOOP“.
  5. Select “Turn On All“.

How to Sync WHOOP Data to Apple Health

If you don’t want to sync all of your WHOOP data to Apple Health, as covered above, you can opt to sync specific health and fitness metrics, such as just sleep, workouts, etc.

Here’s how you can sync individual metrics between WHOOP and Apple Health:

  1. Open the Health app on your paired iPhone.
  2. Tap your profile icon on the top right corner.
  3. Under Privacy, select “Apps“.
  4. Scroll down and select “WHOOP“.
  5. Then toggle on the individual metrics you want WHOOP to share with Apple Health.
