How To Send Heartbeat on Apple Watch

To send your heartbeat from your Apple Watch follow these instructions:

  1. Select the Messages app.
  2. Choose the person you want to send it to.
  3. Tap the icon in the bottom left.
  4. Select the heartbeat icon.
  5. Touch two fingers to the screen.
